Joanna C. Greenwald (J.D., Brooklyn Law School, 1999; B.A., Wesleyan University, 1995) represents issues involving matrimonial and family issues, domestic violence, and women's issues as well as civil, corporate, commercial and internet law. Ms. Greenwald is the Managing Partner at the law office. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, as well as the Southern District of New York, Western District of New York, Eastern District of New York and Northern District of New York. Ms. Greenwald is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, New York Bar Association for Orange and Sullivan Counties and a former Assistant District Attorney, Kings County in the Special Victims Unit - Domestic Violence. She has planned and organized numerous conferences dealing with women's business problems, utilizing her familiarity with the banking and counseling communities. Additionally, she has conducted many seminars regarding businesswomen and their health and has served as a co-host for a weekly radio program concerning women's issues on radio station WGNY. Ms. Greenwald was also a guest Legal Analyst on the Fox News Channel's Live Show dealing with divorce, orders of protection and criminal issues, Fox News Studio B with Shepard Smith, The Strategy Room, The Mike and Juliet show, American Headquarters and Kelly's Court. Joanna also serves as a Legal Analyst for Court TV/truTV analyzing live trials in the criminal and matrimonial areas. As well as appearing on ISSUES with Jane Velez-Mitchell on Headline News and In Session on truTV. She has also appeared on MSNBC, Discovery Channel Investigation and Discovery Channel specials, as well as national radio shows such as "Money Matters," and numerous public speaking engagements.
