Coming from a senior associate position on Wall Street, Mr. Forman has recently joined the firm's Civil Personal Injury Litigation Department, and brings with him an extensive and successful background in litigating all phases of personal injury matters. Prior to entering the law, Mr. Forman was a licensed optician and instructor of ophthalmic optics for more than ten years. He also sold and supervised building renovation projects for a commercial design and construction firm in San Diego, and holds a reserve commission in the United States Army. Mr. Forman's areas of legal expertise include Labor Law violations (construction accidents) and products liability litigation.
