Joanna C. Greenwald (J.D., Brooklyn Law School, 1999; B.A., Wesleyan University, 1995) represents issues involving civil, collections, domestic violence, and women's law. Ms. Greenwald is the Managing Partner of the law office. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey , as well as the Southern District of New York, Western District of New York, Eastern District of New York and Northern District of New York. Ms. Greenwald is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, New York Bar Association for Orange and Sullivan Counties and a former Assistant District Attorney, Kings County in the Special Victim's Unit - Domestic Violence. She has planned and organized numerous conferences dealing with women's business problems, utilizing her familiarity with the banking and counseling communities. Additionally, she has conducted many seminars regarding businesswomen and their health and has served as a co-host for a weekly radio program concerning women's issues on radio station WGNY. Ms. Greenwald was also a guest attorney on the Fox Channel's Fox News Live Show dealing with matrimonial-divorce, order of protection and criminal issues. Joanna also serves as a Legal Analyst for Court TV/Trutv analyzing live trials in the criminal and matriminial areas. She has also appeared on MSNBC.
