William A. Frank (J.D. St Johns University School of Law, 1989; B.A. State University of New York at Albany, 1986) was admitted to practice law in New York in 1989 and is also a member of the bars of the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Frank, the former Managing Partner at Schiffman & Frank in New York City, joined Greenwald Law Offices in May, 2004. Along with serving as the Co-Department Head of our Real Estate Department, Mr. Frank concentrates his practice in the areas of Commercial, Banking and Municipal law as well as Mental Health, Guardianship and Gaming law. Mr. Frank's professional activities include: Contributing Author: The Gaming Lawyer, 1996-2001; Speaker: "General Legal Issues," Northern Gaming Summit, 1999-2000; New York Social Work & Behavioral Health Law, 2000; Legal Issues of Mental Health Treatment in New York, 2001 and Member: Rotary Club International-Mamakating Chapter. Since 2002, Mr. Frank has served as a Volunteer Mediator in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York and is a former member of the Board of Directors of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Nassau County. He served as the Director of the St. John's University School of Law Civil Trial Institute in 1989.
